The average T1 relaxation time of the QMi standard chip is stable at 100 microseconds (typical value), which is better than the benchmark indicators of the international mainstream superconducting quantum chips.

Provides a modular architecture of 2~100 qubits, supports the horizontal expansion (Scale-out) and vertical upgrade (Scale-up) of the quantum bit array, covering scientific research verification to commercial computing power requirements.
